The experience behind South Georgia Security Patrol includes the previous operation of Tiftarea Loss Prevention, a locally owned private security and investigative agency that served businesses and individuals in the Tifton area for approximately seven years. South Georgia Security Patrol represents a renewed and more focused approach to private security, concentrating on patrol, on-site security, event security, and property-protection services.

Leadership: South Georgia Security Patrol is founded and managed by Steve Hyman, a public-safety professional with more than four decades of law-enforcement, supervisory, investigative, training, command, and community-service experience. His background includes patrol, criminal investigations, training, community relations, organizational management, security planning, and executive leadership. He previously owned and operated a Georgia-licensed private security and investigative agency for approximately seven years.
