Visible Presence Without a Full-Time Security Post

Clients can select multiple visits during agreed service periods. Visits may be scheduled or randomized so someone watching the property cannot easily predict when the officer will return.

Buildings, doors, gates, parking areas, common areas, equipment, and authorized locations.

Visible Mobile Patrol

Uniformed officers and marked security presence intended to discourage theft, trespassing, vandalism, and unwanted activity.

Document significant observations and notify the client when security or property concerns require attention.

During a Patrol Visit

What the Client Receives

Patrol designated exterior and authorized interior areas
Check doors, gates, parking areas and client-designated locations
Observe for suspicious persons, vehicles, trespassing, vandalism, damage or unusual conditions
Identify lighting, unsecured-area, safety or property concerns
Interact professionally with employees, residents, customers or visitors when appropriate
Document significant observations and patrol activity
Notify the client or designated contact of problems requiring attention
Contact law enforcement, fire or EMS when public-safety response is required
Additional Patrol Service

Alarm & Key-Holder Response

For contracted clients on a limited basis, an officer may respond following an alarm activation, conduct an exterior security assessment, check authorized areas, document observations, and notify the designated contact.

Response limitations: Service is subject to the client's agreement, service area, officer availability, and established procedures. It is not represented as guaranteed immediate or emergency response.
